If you are a patient requesting access to, or correction of, your medical records or any protected health information (PHI), please email records@drainlessaesthetic.com instead. HIPAA record requests follow a different process and typically require identity verification. We respond to HIPAA record requests within 30 days as required by 45 CFR 164.524.

Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

Make a Data Request
We respond to verifiable consumer privacy requests within 45 days of receipt, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130). If additional time is needed, we may extend this period by an additional 45 days and will notify you of the extension and the reason in writing.
