SMS Messaging Program Terms

SMS Program Description. The Drainless Aesthetic Institute, operated by The Drainless Aesthetic Institute LLC, operates an SMS messaging program for patients and prospective patients. The program supports two types of messages: (a) Marketing messages, including promotions, new service availability, special offers, and practice updates; and (b) Transactional messages, including appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, intake form requests, post-operative check-ins, and billing notices.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to opt in to The Drainless Aesthetic Institute SMS program.

Opt-In. You may opt in by checking the applicable consent box on the consultation request form at https://drainlessaesthetic.com/book-consultation or the contact form at https://drainlessaesthetic.com/contact. Marketing and transactional consent are collected separately and are each optional. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of receiving any service from The Drainless Aesthetic Institute.

Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages of that type. To opt back in, reply START or contact us directly at (770) 580-2922.

Help. Reply HELP to any message to receive a response with our contact information. You may also call (770) 580-2922 or visit https://drainlessaesthetic.com.

Message Frequency. Marketing messages: approximately 2 to 6 per month. Transactional messages: approximately 5 to 20 per month based on your activity and stage of care.

Message and Data Rates. Msg & data rates may apply. The Drainless Aesthetic Institute is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to receiving SMS messages. Check with your carrier for details about your message and data plan.

Supported Carriers. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Cricket are supported. Other carriers may also support the program.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered SMS messages. The Drainless Aesthetic Institute is not responsible for any disruption in SMS service caused by carrier or third-party network issues.

PHI Over SMS. Patient health information (PHI) is only sent over SMS if you have separately opted in to receive it. By default, SMS messages are limited to general scheduling, logistical, and informational content. See our HIPAA Privacy Policy for additional detail on how protected health information is handled in SMS communications.

Privacy. Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://drainlessaesthetic.com/privacy-policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data to third parties.

Message frequency varies. Approximately 5 to 20 transactional messages per month and 2 to 6 marketing messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will not receive further texts unless you opt back in.
