SMS Communications and Opt-In
The Drainless Aesthetic Institute, a service of The Drainless Aesthetic Institute LLC, offers SMS (text message) communications to patients and prospective patients who explicitly opt in via the consultation request form at https://drainlessaesthetic.com/book-consultation or the contact form at https://drainlessaesthetic.com/contact. Two separate, unchecked checkboxes are provided on each form: one for marketing messages and one for transactional messages. Both are optional, and consent is never a condition of receiving any service from The Drainless Aesthetic Institute.
Information collected for SMS: When you opt in to SMS, we collect your mobile phone number, the type of consent provided (marketing and/or transactional), and the consent timestamp.
How we use SMS information: Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the type of messages you have consented to (marketing or transactional). Phone numbers are processed through our messaging provider, Twilio. Patient health information (PHI) is only sent over SMS if you have separately opted in to receive it; by default, SMS messages are limited to general scheduling, logistical, and informational content. For details on how SMS communications interact with protected health information (PHI), see our HIPAA Privacy Policy.
No third-party sharing of SMS opt-in data: We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or any data collected through the SMS consent process to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is used exclusively by The Drainless Aesthetic Institute to communicate directly with you.
Opting out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may also reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages occur approximately 2 to 6 times per month. Transactional messages occur approximately 5 to 20 times per month based on your activity.
Message frequency varies. Approximately 5 to 20 transactional messages per month and 2 to 6 marketing messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (770) 580-2922.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
We will not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention: SMS consent records (including timestamp and consent version) are retained for as long as your relationship with The Drainless Aesthetic Institute is active.
